1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using xectiqindia.com, submitting a franchise application, or using our portals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use our services.
Not a franchise offer by itself
Information on this website is for awareness only and is not a legal offer. Any franchise relationship begins only after due diligence and execution of the Franchise Agreement.
2) Eligibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law.
- You must provide accurate information during enquiry, registration, and onboarding.
- We may approve, keep pending, or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3) Definitions
- “Franchise Partner”: An entity/person onboarded via a signed Franchise Agreement.
- “Portal”: Our online systems for centres, staff, and students.
- “Wallet”: Prepaid balance for services (e.g., student forms, cards, certificates).
4) Applications, Fees & Wallet
- Application forms collected via our site are reviewed by our team. We may request KYC and additional documents.
- Fees, pricing slabs and offers may change over time. The latest applicable pricing will be as communicated in writing or shown inside the Portal.
- Wallet is a pre-paid facility. Deductions happen for enabled services. You’re responsible for securing your login and approving transactions.
- Refunds: Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly agreed in writing.
5) Branding & Intellectual Property
- “XectiQ” name, logos, course content, and assets are our IP. Use is permitted only as per brand guidelines and your franchise/centre status.
- Do not modify or misuse logos, certificates, or government/private recognition marks.
- On termination/expiry, you must immediately cease all use of our IP and remove signage, digital branding, and marketing materials.
6) Training, Operations & Compliance
- We provide training resources and updates. You’re responsible for local statutory compliance (labour, commercial registrations, local bylaws, etc.).
- Centres must maintain accurate student records, fee receipts, attendance, and exam data in the Portal.
- Certificates are issued as per policy and verification workflows. Misuse or tampering is strictly prohibited.
7) Acceptable Use of Portal
- Do not attempt to bypass security, copy source code, or scrape the platform.
- Only upload lawful content that you have rights to use.
- Keep your login confidential; actions under your login are deemed authorised by you.
8) Marketing & Communications
- By contacting us, you consent to being reached via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email related to your enquiry/centre.
- We may showcase partner success stories subject to consent and brand guidelines.
9) Support

10) Termination
- We may suspend or terminate Portal access for policy breaches, fraud, or misuse.
- Franchise relationships may be terminated as per the signed Franchise Agreement.
- Upon termination, IP use must stop and pending dues (if any) must be cleared.
11) Liability & Indemnity
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business interruption.
- You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Portal and brand assets.
12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute resolution process in the Franchise Agreement.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See the “Last updated” date at the top.
