- Communications: messages via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-app forms.

- Respond to enquiries, evaluate franchise applications, and onboard centres.
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve our portals and services.
- Issue/verify certificates, manage exams, and provide student-related services.
- Process payments and maintain wallet/accounting records.
- Send service messages, updates, training, and policy notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and brand protection.

Student records are processed via authorised centres and staff accounts. Parents/guardians may contact the centre or us for queries related to student data maintained in the Portal.

Primary processing is in India. Some providers may process data in other jurisdictions subject to appropriate safeguards and contracts.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites/services. Their privacy practices are their own—please review those policies.
