Where does the QR code resolve?
To our official verification endpoint that shows certificate/marksheet details and status. Employers can print or save the verification page as proof.
Can I export my data?
Yes — export students, payments, attendance, and results as CSV/XLS from the dashboard based on your role permissions.
How do multi-branch centres work?
You can add branches with separate logins/roles and consolidated oversight. Wallets can be managed centrally; certificates are centre-wise with unique QR.
Do you offer refunds on wallet top-ups?
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once utilised. If there’s a duplicate payment or a genuine error, we assist as per policy and applicable laws.
